Yes. We work directly with brand teams and as a production partner for agencies. Roles, creative ownership and the client-facing setup can be defined project by project.
Yes. We can enter at the first idea, develop a treatment and visual direction, or take an existing concept into production. We are equally comfortable shaping the creative or protecting an already approved one.
Yes. KOA can lead a full project or join for selected disciplines such as production, camera, edit, color, motion, CGI or final delivery.
Yes. When it makes sense, we plan film and stills as one visual production so both formats share the same world, talent, locations and production logic.

A rough brief is enough. We align objective, timing, budget range and the intended output, then define the creative and production steps that make sense for the project.
KOA is based in Cologne and produces throughout Germany. For selected projects we also work across multiple cities and European locations with project-specific crews and partners.
As soon as timing, location or creative decisions start to matter. Early contact gives us more room to shape the right setup, but we are also used to projects with shorter lead times.
