Founded in Cologne. Built around film, culture and the belief that good work comes from the right people around one clear idea.

In 2017, Kerem and Arif founded Industrial Division and turned their shared passion for moving image into a profession. Over the years, the projects grew, the network became more specialised and the creative scope expanded. In 2024, the studio became KOA Studio — bringing film, content, photography, motion design, 3D and CGI together under one creative direction.
2017

INDUSTRIAL DIVISION.

Kerem and Arif found Industrial Division together. Early film and content productions gradually grow into a studio with an expanding network and an increasingly distinct visual point of view.

2024

KOA STUDIO.

In 2024, the studio is rebranded as KOA Studio — a name and identity that better reflect the expanded mix of film, content, photography, motion design, 3D and CGI.

TODAY

A CREATIVE PRODUCTION STUDIO.

Today, KOA develops and produces visual work for brands, agencies and cultural projects — with a close creative core and the right specialists around each project.
